In our continuous effort to improve the deviantART experience, we're publishing weekly Site Updates to keep members informed and to gather feedback. Below is a list of recent changes to the site, bug fixes, and feedback that was brought up by members in the last Site Update
Help Desk Holiday Closure
The Help Desk will officially be closed from Tuesday, December 24th to Wednesday, January 1st for the holidays. However, some deviantART staff members will be handling tickets for limited hours during this time, with higher priority tickets being addressed first.
Rest assured that tickets will be answered as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience, and we wish you a happy and festive holiday season!
Please note: due to the holiday closure, there will not be a Site Update posted next week. We will be back on the first Thursday of 2014!
Thank you for the feedback on last week's Site Update! Many deviants were excited about the integration with SketchBook mobile apps, and there has been a strong increase in deviations being submitted that were created in the SketchBook mobile apps. Keep an eye on autodesk-sketchbook to see regular updates from the SketchBook team, as well as awesome artwork being created in SketchBook!
In addition to the feedback left on last week's Site Update, we revisited an older list of frequent suggestions left on site updates and went through it. Many suggestions were removed, as they have since been implemented! We've also made some notes for suggestions that have not been implemented yet, but which we are aware of.
